The West Plains Zizzers erupted for seven goals Tuesday night, rolling past Aurora 7-0 on the road.
West Plains combined its biggest offensive performance of the season with a shutout on the defensive end to earn a convincing victory over the Houn Dawgs.

Zizzers Break Out Offensively
After being held to one goal in each of their previous two matches, the Zizzers found plenty of offense against Aurora.
West Plains put seven goals on the board—their highest scoring total of the season to that point—while keeping Aurora out of the net for the entire match.
The shutout was the Zizzers’ first of the season.
West Plains Bounces Back
The victory also put West Plains back in the win column following consecutive losses.
The Zizzers opened the season with victories over New Covenant Academy and Greenwood before dropping their next two matches. The win at Aurora improved West Plains to 3-2 on the season.
Seven goals. A clean sheet. And a convincing road win for Zizzer Soccer.
