Zizzers Crush Rolla 49-0
The Zizzers extended their season to a 2-0 season after defeating the Rolla Bulldogs on the road, at Rolla’s “Pride Night” event in front of a packed stadium. Already injury plagued, the Zizzers added two more to the injury list: senior Dylan Scaggs #70 and freshman Connor Lair #40.

Scaggs is one of our intimidating big players (6’5″) who towers head and shoulders over pretty much everyone else (except senior Jake Swope #76 who is 6’7″). Scaggs and Swope make up the intimidating Twin Towers of Zizzer football. Scaggs took an illegal hit from behind that wrecked havoc on his shoulder / clavicle region, causing Rolla’s lone successful touchdown drive to be called back. Freshman Connor Lair #40 got an arm injury. Those boys will visit Orthopedics next week and we’ll find out how long they’ll be out.
