The Zizzers faced the Hillcrest Hornets at home and pulled out another win (27-26) to go 2-0 for the season. Hillcrest was not the same team they were last year when we defeated them 42-14. This year’s Hornets came prepped for battle and took an early lead over our Zizzers who had several key players out due to COVID-19 and injuries.
But our Zizzers made adjustments and were able to come back and take the lead – winning by one point as the final buzzer sounded. Go Zizzers!
